We currently deliver across select locations in India. Availability depends on the shipping address entered at checkout.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframe
Courier delivery: Estimated 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Same-day delivery: Available for select products/locations—must place order before cut-off time.

4. Shipping Charges

5. General Shipping Terms
Flowers may arrive in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or bud stage.
All shipping conditions apply as per the selected delivery slot.
Requested delivery times are non-binding; actual delivery depends on product availability and destination.
For major occasions, placing orders at least five days in advance is recommended.
Hand-delivered products (like cakes, flowers) cannot be shipped alongside courier-delivered items.

6. Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Deliveries
For perishable items (cakes, flowers), only one delivery attempt is made.
If delivery fails, the customer is still charged, and no re-delivery or refund is possible.
Orders are considered delivered under circumstances such as wrong address, recipient unavailable, locked premises, or refusal.
Recipient may leave instructions to deliver at gate, reception, or neighbor.
Proof of delivery is provided for disputes.
Hand-delivered products may be delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
If no one is available, the order is not considered late—no cancellations or refunds allowed.

7. Courier Policies
Orders via third-party courier services (e.g. Blue Dart) are subject to their own terms.
Delivery dates are estimates; shipments may arrive a day earlier or later.
Courier services do not call before delivery—ensure someone is present to receive the package.
Courier deliveries are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
Tracking details are provided once dispatched.
Courier companies make up to two delivery attempts before returning the package.

8. Event Shipping (Weddings & Ceremonies)
- Delivery directly to the bride or groom cannot be guaranteed.

9. Hostel, PG, Cantonment & Enclosed Premises Delivery
Customers must provide:
Hostel/PG name and full address
Recipient phone number
Hostel phone number
Recipient room number
The recipient should collect the order from the gate or send someone on their behalf.
